VERP-FR is a module designed to incorporate all financial transactions in chronological order in compliance with the existing legislative and standards. It allows automatic entries of all outgoing and incoming documents in previously defined financial ledgers that help save your time and has positive impact on your efficiency. The overviews, precision, accuracy, simplicity in use, automated archiving and transitioning between the years, allow effective accounting and financial management and processes.
The module supports manual book entries too, or corrections and modifications of previous entries, as well as transfer of entries from one to another financial ledger. The system allows for automatic and manual entries, automatic creation and printing of compensations and consignments, automatic entries of bank statements and cashier reports, templates for various cost-composed invoices, as well as relations with all VBS modules in order to provide integrated information system.
The accounting and financials module performs automated class closures and automated form generation for annual reports and VAT forms.
